We need to make a Hmong Volleyball Rule that every states will approve, and play by. As the OG are transitioning out of HVB and the younger players are entering the HVB world , We need to make rules that they can easily transition to. Playing International volleyball rule in high school is so different from current HVB rule.. Actually there is no HVB rule, the older players just stick the old USA volleyball rule, a never adjust or like the newer rule. We Should combine the two and create a official HVB book. What do you guy think? agree or disagree?
